Creating resource groups

Resource groups help organize individual resources into categories in the side panel of the Resources page. This organization defines the order that resource data is grouped and presented in Cloud Cruiser reports. All resources must be associated with a resource group when created, after which they can be dragged and dropped into different resource groups.

To create a resource group

  1. Go to Billing > Services .
  2. In the Resources list, right-click an item and select Add new resource group to open the Create new group pane.
  3. Alternatively, you can click the Create new resource group icon at the bottom of the Resources list.

  4. Enter a unique name and click OK .
  5. This adds the group alphabetically to the Resources list.

To rename a resource group, select the item in the Resources list and click the Rename group icon at the bottom of the list.

To delete a resource group, select the item in the Resources list and click the Delete group icon at the bottom of the list.
