Interacting via comments and page ratings

Overview

Cloud Cruiser appreciates your feedback, which will help us improve this technical documentation. You can give feedback on an article by rating it up or down and by leaving comments.

Commenting

To comment on an article, scroll to the bottom and enter your text in the Comments field, then click Add comment.

 

You can edit and delete a comment after submitting it. You cannot edit or delete comments created by others.

Cloud Cruiser will make improvements to this site based on the comments we receive, but cannot guarantee that every comment will result in a corresponding change to the site.

Commenting guidelines

Please ensure that your comment does at least one of the following:

  • Attempts to help others with the documented task
  • Provides an alternative solution to the documented task
  • Contributes "best practices" or other insight based on your experience
  • Identifies missing, incorrect, or misleading information

Please do not leave comments about Cloud Cruiser software, such as reporting a bug or requesting support. Instead, submit a request on our Support website.

Cloud Cruiser is not responsible for the content submitted in third-party comments, and reserves the right to remove inappropriate comments. For the full details of this policy, see the site Terms of Use.

Rating articles

You can rate an article to let us, and your fellow users, know whether it was helpful. To rate an article, simply click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon in the sidetray on the right as shown:

If you rate an article down, you have the option of telling us why you didn't find it helpful. Cloud Cruiser will make improvements to this site based on such feedback, but cannot guarantee that every piece of feedback will result in a corresponding change to the site.
